Community Advantages
Our planning includes, internet, charge areas, water stations, toilets, gardens, stocked necessities, outdoor kitchen and much more. All for your use. Tool borrowing as well as some equipment(with training) will be available as well. Playground, exercise, recreation and learning buildings are also in the plan. We want to keep extras available in case you have an emergency and plans for disasters like flood and tornados. Not having to be self sufficient all on your own has so many advantages. We hope to fill as many needs as we can, while encouraging balances, creativity and science. Our world needs more inventors, engineers and game changers. We hope to provide endless possibilities for exploration, expression and new ideals
Community Fee
It's your community, your money and it's only fair that, you get a say in where it goes. We have income plans that put 75% of sales back into the community fund. This can be used for road maintenance, solar stations, storage, equipment whatever the needs may be. We are on your side and to prove that, we will be keeping bank records available for viewing
Community Hours
A community doesn't grow on it's own and needs it's members to do their part. Everyone has the time and skills to contribute in some way, big or small. A balance of much free time and little community commitment is the perfect ratio.
No rules? No way!
To prevent total anarchy, we have some common sense rules. Some follow provincial standards relating to theft, murder and assault. Others follow common morality like respecting others property, keeping common areas clean and your animals on your own property - we have a clause for cats -It's all very straightforward
