Healthy Options

Health is More Than Food and Exercise

The path to being happy and healthy is different for everyone. One thing is for certain, it can become very complicated when trying to eat right, exercise, keep your mental health in check and do this all without stress. Everyone is travelling their own road and we are just hoping to provide opportunities to have good health practices. It's always your choice what you participate in, what you eat, how you spend your time or what you put in your body.


What we plan to offer


Helpful tips to get your self sustaining system started. Suggestions on how to slowly make healthy changes if you need. Water and soil testing to make sure your area isn't being contaminated.


We also will have gardens, water, electricity, exercise space, toilets and buildings for common use. We promote good mental health practices, like taking time for yourself, time to breathe and activities to keep the mind active. 


We plan on making pathways sensory oriented, not using pesticides in any areas we manage and will be using some permaculture practices, including at least 75% of plants being edible
