We've examined rent to own programs and found, that they had issues for many people. Amounts paid were only going to a percentage of a down payment and a mortgage was still required. People are basically on their own, with little support, since they neither fully own nor rent the property. You end up losing money and your patience. 

Obtaining your own piece of freedom takes hard work but should not have to loophole you into a stressful, money-pit situation. 

Our unique program is simple and straightforward. No hidden fees and you get full ownership of your land, after just five years. 

Here's how it works:

You pay a small deposit, to lock you in for the first year. This isn't a holding deposit. This amount covers your rent for the whole year. Why so low? Simple, the land is undeveloped. There are no buildings, no hook-ups and no toilets. You need to provide those things. 

After the first year is up, you decide if you want to proceed with the program. Each year will be like this, until the term is up. Your monthly rent for subsequent years is locked in and will never increase. 

Now let's be open about the catch. There's always a catch, right? There is a required community fee and hours committed in order to stay in the program. We did say it was unique. This fee however, gets to be invested to your choosing. It's like being able to decide exactly where your tax money goes. Feel the roads need to be improved, your money can go there. Maybe you want more sports activities in the common area, that's your choice. We are literally going to show you the numbers and give you the power to determine what your community fee is used for. We want to give you control over improvement decisions. This is essential, as we are building a community from the ground up.

I'm sure the thought of required community hours may turn you away. Isn't the point to stop working 40+ hours a week, barely surviving and having little time to relax?  We completely agree. That's why we only ask for 20 hours of your time. Per month. We feel that is enough to help build the community. We always welcome more help but think 20 hours is a sufficient for recommendation.

Application is for the following lots and corresponding prices. Only 1 lot per person/group, we randomly assign spots

1/4 Acre - Lock-in $2,500 - $300 monthly +$100 community fee

1/2 Acre - Lock in $5,000 - $500 monthly +$100 community fee
